Open TV App Guide (2025): Free & Open-Source IPTV Player
What is Open TV?
Open TV is a free and open-source IPTV player. It doesn't come with channels built-in β instead, you add your own IPTV playlist, such as M3U or Xtream. Think of it like a simplified version of VLC, but designed specifically for IPTV streaming.
π‘ Key Point
Open TV does not provide or sell channels. You must already have access to an IPTV playlist from your provider or a free source.
Is Open TV Free?
Yes β Open TV is completely free. The version on Google Play has a small price, but thatβs simply a donation to support the developer. The app and APK are freely available on GitHub.
